By submitting payment, the client agrees to all policies listed below. The individual or entity making payment (“Client”) assumes full responsibility and liability for all guests, vendors, and activities during the rental period.

Studio Manager

A studio manager will be on-site to provide access to the space, answer questions, and review policies as needed.

Liability

The Client assumes all liability for themselves, their guests, and any vendors present during the reservation.

Payment & Cancellations

All payments are final and non-refundable, including cancellations for any reason.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted only with at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. All rescheduled bookings must move to a Monday–Thursday date at the original booking rate.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 49 people total, including all guests, staff, and vendors. This limit may not be exceeded at any time.

Entry Time

• Reservations begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Early access to the building is not permitted.
• If the Client arrives more than 15 minutes after the reservation start time, the reservation is forfeited, full payment is still owed, and entry may be denied.

End Time & Overtime

Reservations must end on time. Late departures will result in an overtime charge of $25 for every 5 minutes extending into the next hour.

Damage & Setup

• All furniture and equipment must be returned to their original locations and left clean.
• No tape is permitted on walls.
• Fees may be assessed at the owner’s discretion for spills, food residue, glitter, stains, items left behind, or damaged/broken items. Replacement costs may apply.

Music & Noise

Music is permitted; however, full bands cannot be accommodated. Small acoustic performances and instruments such as keyboards are allowed.

Food & Catering

Outside catering and food are permitted.

Alcohol

Alcohol is allowed but may not be sold on-site. A liquor permit is required by law for any alcohol sales.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the studio and anywhere within the building. A $250 fee will be charged for violations.

Cleaning

The Client is responsible for cleaning the space and removing all trash prior to the end of the reservation.

Parking

Street parking and public lots are available in the surrounding area.

Security

Security cameras are in use throughout the building and studio for safety and monitoring purposes.
